Tucker Summit Community Improvement District, TSCID, (formerly Stone Mountain CID) is a self-taxing district comprised of commercial property business owners that help fund area improvements, including transit roadway updates and repairs, landscaping, security and more.
TSCID also has strong relationships with the City of Tucker, DeKalb County Police Department, the DeKalb County Fire Department, GDOT and the broader Tucker community.
Tucker Summit is proud of its “Connectivity, Convenience & Accessibility” to major thoroughfares and destinations throughout metro Atlanta and beyond, and as a result is attracting companies in the health sciences, technology, film and manufacturing industries.
