This has already been an incredible year for Tucker Summit CID, and we’re excited to build on that throughout the summer!
At our June 9 board meeting, we reviewed ongoing projects and initiatives focused on improving the district’s appearance, accessibility and long-term competitiveness while continuing to deliver value for our property owners and businesses. We also re-elected a longtime staple of our board of directors, ensuring experienced leadership remains in place as we continue moving the district forward.

New signage is being installed, landscaping enhancements continue across the corridor thanks to our partners at Southern Lawn and Landscape, and major projects along Mountain Industrial Boulevard continue to advance. The MIB/U.S. 78 interchange improvement project remains on track, while plans for new district lighting continue moving forward, helping create a safer, more attractive and more connected corridor for businesses and visitors.
