NOTICE OF TUCKER SUMMIT COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT ELECTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN as provided in the DEKALB COUNTY COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS ACT OF 2008 that a Caucus of Electors of the Tucker Summit Community Improvement District (CID) shall be held on June 14, 2022, at the Pierre Construction Group, 1677 Lewis Way, Stone Mountain, DeKalb County, GA 30083.  The purpose of the Caucus is to elect Board Members to Posts 2 & 5 to serve on the Tucker Summit CID Board.  Registration for the election shall be held from 11:15 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.  Voting will occur immediately after every Elector who has arrived at the registration table by 11:45 a.m. has registered.  A map of said District is on file with the DeKalb County Commission Clerk and the DeKalb County Tax Commissioner. All Electors as designated under the Act are invited to attend and cast their votes.
